CAMERON W. TYLER
Attorney

Cameron W. Tyler has represented injured people from all walks of life for over 30 years. He has successfully conducted dozens of jury trials and hundreds of court trials and arbitrations in personal injury cases in federal and state courts. Mr. Tyler frequently assists injured workers at contested hearings before judges at the Workers’ Compensation Office of Administrative Courts in Denver. He also appears regularly before the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review on disability cases. Mr. Tyler conducts de novo disability insurance trials and appeals in the United States District Court. Mr. Tyler has been on the steering committee in class action litigation, and actively represents individuals in multidistrict litigation product liability cases in federal court.

Mr. Tyler is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations, and the American Association of Justice.

Mr. Tyler contributes to or is a board member for a number of community organizations, including schools, low income residents, community supported agriculture, sport teams, and disaster relief organizations.

Jan Guynn

Paralegal

Jan Guynn is a certified paralegal and has worked for over 30 years in Colorado on cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, collection of judgments, and contracts. Ms. Guynn has worked at Cameron W. Tyler and Associates, P.C. since 1998.

Ms. Guynn has long been heavily involved in the horse industry, and remains on the board of the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association, focusing primarily on youth programs. She has served as President of the Molly Pearce Eaker Foundation for Donate Life, sits on the board of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, and serves on committees for The Brinton Museum in Big Horn, Wyoming. Ms. Guynn enjoys live music, riding, golf, and any time she can carve out with her kids, family and friends.

Andrea Aguayo – Martinez

Receptionist, Translator

Andrea joined Cameron W. Tyler and Associates, P.C. in 2021 as a Legal Assistant, and she says it has been great pleasure working with someone so caring. She graduated from Niwot High School in 2019 and she is looking forward to further her education. She is bilingual; her family is from Fresnillo, Zacatecas. She grew up speaking Spanish fluently and has visited Mexico a few times. Animals and family are her biggest passion; she has 2 dogs and a huge family.She enjoys going to the gym, volunteering wherever she can and being outdoors in the summer. 

Jessica Tyler

Legal Assistant

Jessica Tyler joined Cameron W. Tyler and Associates, P.C. in 2008.  Her areas of practice as a legal assistant include Social Security and Workers’ Compensation.

She has a degree in Economics from Colorado State University and has had a Colorado Real Estate license since 1997.

She loves hiking, mountain biking and being outdoors in general. She is a wildlife bronze sculptor and encaustic painter and is the Vice President of Boulder Open Studios.

Ricardo Iturbide

Ricardo is an In House Counsel, Attorney at Law, with over 25 years of experience in local and international positions in General Management, Operations, Legal, Collections and Customer Service in Financial Industry and Offshore BPO companies. He has proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for offshore companies, resulting in increased revenue, GP & EBITDA. Ricardo has launched and managed complex offshore projects within Mexico and Latin America. He has also worked as Legal Representative with full PA/Coordination of Shareholders Meetings as well as granting of all necessary PA. 

His management career has been highlighted by continuous promotions for exceeding company goals and expectations. He also shows outstanding leadership skills with proven ability to train and motivate a large team of professionals in meeting identified objectives and challenges. Ricardo is a team worker, ethics, and work value oriented.

He is fond of sports, tennis, football, and outdoor activities such as hiking.
